Your email address will remain confidential. We will never sell or provide it to anyone else. If at any time you want to be removed from the list, send us an email telling us so and we will remove you from the list immediately.
You can also use this form to tell us your athletes' number and position so we can get photos at future events.
If you have previously submitted this information, please take time to do so again since we start fresh each school year. If you have more than one athlete to put on our 'watch' list, please submit a form for each additional athlete.
