Video profiles for college entrance, scholarships and special studies have become a standard tool to help gain admission. In fact, many schools now require them.

We can produce a profile of your son or daughter using your existing videotape and still photographs, or we can videotape your child during a performance or game for you.

This footage, combined with a studio appearance in which they discuss their qualities and accomplishments, plus testimonials from coaches, teachers and others, constitute a powerful presentation for recruiters. The final product can be supplied on VHS tape or CD-ROM.

Format
A typical video profile would include an introduction by your son or daughter, filmed in our studio. We strongly urge you to prepare a script and that has been rehearsed to reduce the time in the studio. We can help you prepare a script. The introduction is followed by video of your child in action, with appropriate live sound, music or voice description that covers their accomplishments and special qualities. This can be recorded in our studio at the same time as the introduction. Testimonials and endorsements are optional, but we feel they enhance the presentation. The video will conclude with a closing statement by your child. For the performing arts, many colleges require specific performance scenes or pieces of music performed to be included in the presentation. We can work with you in scheduling this, preferably in one setting. Prices include customized packaging for each VHS or CD-ROM.

Package B - $700.00

• One VHS tape or one CD-ROM with either QuickTime or Windows Media player format movie of the completed production

Package C - $900.00

• Highlights from one event that we videotape or existing videotape and/or still photos that you supply
• An introduction by your son or daughter filmed in our studio
• Testimonial from coach, teacher or other person of your choice filmed on location
• Additional video filmed on location at an event or an additional testimonial
• One VHS tape or one CD-ROM with either QuickTime or Windows Media player format movie of the completed production

Extras

• Each package can be complimented with additional video. Additional events that we videotape on location will be $300.00 per event.
• Additional testimonials/endorsements on location will be $250.00 each ($200.00 if done in our studio)
• Video made on location to fulfill a specific college request, such as dance or music performance will be $250.00 for each 30 minutes of performance time.
• When using scenes from your existing video, the scenes you want to include must be clearly indexed and numbered. This helps us locate the scenes quickly. Video that has not been indexed will be reviewed and edited by us at the rate of $75.00 per hour of editing time.
• Each presentation can be customized for a specific school or destination. Add $35.00 for each version. All editing is done in our studio and includes appropriate scene transitions and titles.
• Additional VHS tapes or CD-ROMs may be ordered for $15.00 each for the first 10, $12.00 each for copies 11-20 and $10.00 each for 21 or more copies.
